INSTRUCTIONS

All sand or gravel reimbursement requests must be accompanied with invoices
that clearly indicate supplier name, material purchased, price,
complete invoice number and delivery date.

Homeowners are urged to retain a copy for their records.
The Cass County Highway Department
is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail or email.

Reibursement requests for other flood-fight supplies for the Flood 2009 event(s)
should be directed towards personal homeowners insurance or FEMA.
